Interactive Verbal Inspection

Live Inspection (Online or In Person)

Our Interactive Verbal Inspection service invites you to join the Building Inspector on a walkthrough of the property, offering live insights, moisture readings, and personalised recommendations.  There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

 

Recommended for those who do not require a written report or as an addition to the Builders Report. 

Healthy Homes Certificate

Planning on renting out your property?

Healthy Homes Inspection with Certificate and personalised recommendations (if any).
